Greeting Farm Lift Off Card

Hello there!  Here's another card I made using some cuties from The Greeting Farm.  I just love how cute their mega mini sets are!  They are one of my favorite things to color.
This card was an experiment with mixing patterns.  I like it more in real life than in this photo.  It was a fun card to make.

Honey Bee Smile Card

Here I am with another card.  I have been having fun using some of the dies I've purchased in the last few months.  I've been busily buying, but not using them as I should. :)  I really should stop ordering and just craft.  Maybe I should frame that above the computer. ;)  Don't know if it would help.  There are just too many cute stamps out there!
Stamps:  Honey Bee Smile set (love how many sayings are in this puppy!)
Dies:  SSS stitched scallops, SSS Stitched shapes bundle

Lawn Fawn Wild For You Shaker Card

Hi everybody,
I'm back with another shaker card I made using Lawn Fawn Stamps & Dies I got for my Birthday.  I used Jennifer McGuire's Tulle Shaker method.  This was the first shaker that I actually was successful at completing.  I love the no-bulk of the tulle, so I can still easily mail it.

Stamps:  Lawn Fawn Wild For You
Dies:  Lawn Fawn Wild For You, Lawn Fawn Stitched Borders, Simon Says Stamp Stitched Squares
Coloring Medium:  Tombow Dual Brush Pens

Grey Birthday Card

This is my entry for the MarkerPop challenge.  The theme is, "We're feeling grey."  I absolutely love color, but this card was a blast to create.  I decided to use my brand new lawn fawn baked with love set and create a fun birthday card.  I have been asked to create around 150 birthday cards for the ladies at church, so each lady gets a card on their birthday this year.  You will be seeing birthday themed cards for awhile, that's for sure! :)

Stamps: Lawn Fawn- Baked with love
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
Coloring:  Tombow Dual Brush Pens/Wink of Stella Clear Shimmer Pen
Embellishments: Silver Sequins from Joann

Greeting Farm Fresh Challenge: 3D

Hello there!  Today I am sharing this fun mailbox I made for my Valentines Day decor. When I think of Valentines days of my childhood, I remember making Valentines mailboxes for school parties. I would cut a slit in the lid of a shoe box to make a mailbox opening, and decorate the box with hearts and such.
I had an old freebie mailbox cut file from silhouette that I used to create the mailbox.  The cut file worked fine, but I don't love that the sides stick out funny at the top, and once put together you can't open the mailbox up.  So much for a cute treat box or something, but it does make cute decor!

I colored up one of the girls from Greeting Farm Mini remix-Happy.  These girls are so much fun to color!  I used Tombow markers, and loved how it came together.  I finished her up with a bit of wink of stella to add some shimmer.

Supplies:
Ink: Versafine onyx black
Stamps: Greeting Farm mini remix Happy, Honey Bee Special Delivery
Finishing Touches: Wink of Stella Clear Shimmer Pen

I will be linking up to the Greeting Farm Fresh Challenge: 3D

Fabulous Florals & Masking

Hello there!  Today I am sharing a card I am so excited about!  I have been wanting to try masking a bunch of critters on a card, and found a video here that really helped me figure it out.  I love how she shows her process of figuring out what she wants in front, and how to stamp a mask quickly while stamping the card also!
I am waiting for some cute critter stamps to arrive in my mailbox (my motivation for learning masking), so I decided to try it with some gorgeous flowers I got for Christmas.  I colored these in quickly with my tombow dual brush pens, while blending with a wink of stella shimmer pen.

Supplies Used:
Paper: Recollections Card Form, full sticky post-its for masking
Stamps: Lawn Fawn:  Flutter By,  Honey Bee:  Special Delivery
Coloring: Tombow Dual Brush Pens, Wink of Stella

This was a little bit time consuming, but a very rewarding technique to try.  I will keep trying it until I'm fast at it.  I am a big fan of making 4-6 cards at once, so hopefully I can figure out a system to help me do this with masking too.
