Hi everybody! My sister had been dying to make herself a skirt, so we found some cute fabric on a 50% off sale at Joann’s, and went to town one Friday afternoon. It took us just a few hours to make this super cute piece. We ended up cutting the fabric the wrong direction at first, but we were able to make it work just fine. Thank goodness!
(Aren’t the red shoes fun with it?!)
I think the whole skirt was made for about $7 or less, so it’s a very inexpensive way to bulk up your wardrobe for spring! We used the Lily Pattern from Make it and Love it’s shop. It’s a great pattern, and I’ve now made 4 skirts and thinking of making more!
Thanks for reading, and Happy Wednesday!
~Lynette~
